From the outset, the project was envisioned to minimize its built-up footprint, prioritizing the seamless integration of architecture with the surrounding landscape. The emphasis was not on the structures themselves but on enhancing and harmonizing with the natural environment, allowing the design to become a subtle extension of its setting. The core structure of the property was thoughtfully preserved, with changes focused on enhancing functionality and spatial flow. Selective removal of walls created a sense of openness, fostering seamless connectivity between dining, lounging, and recreational zones.
